A New Start?

We shall see. I am terrible at keeping up with any blog, but I am going to try now that the regular school year done.

Life is hectic at the moment with summer classes. My mother is coming out to visit in a week which will be nice as well. Draigan is really looking forward to seeing her. We actually bought a real bed so that she did not have to endure the futon for three weeks. How wonderful it was of Kate to give it to us, but man, it was not meant to be slept on for more than a night!

I found a lavender farm that's not too far away from here called Seven Oaks Lavender. I'm thinking it would be fun to take the kiddo up there and collect some. The only problem is you have to purchase 100 stems/adult and 50/child. Its not expensive, but seriously, what do you do with that much lavender? Sounds like an idea for my next post...
